Waxing Poetic Ceramics

Our ceramics are handcrafted out of clay by MudGirls Studios and each is considered one-of-a-kind. Slight variations may occur in color, markings, size, and shape, revealing the uniqueness in each piece.  

Our ceramics are glazed with lead free food-safe glazes and durable for daily use (oven safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe). However, we recommend washing by hand.  Unglazed rims and bottoms will retain moisture, so thoroughly dry before storing or placing on wood.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Waxing Poetic Ceramics purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt. Replacements and Exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us by phone (877-724-5434) or e-mail weborders@waxingpoetic.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.

A website credit will be issued for items returned after 30 days (cost of goods less shipping) which can be applied toward a future purchase.

Refunds are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds are not available after 30 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.

We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from a retail location or other websites. Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any retail location.

Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Waxing Poetic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
